These three abide, Faith, Hope, & Love

Abide in these three great gifts, Faith, Hope and Love For they are the mightiest gifts from God above.

At first glance they seem common, meager, or humble But when used in the sight of the God, can cause the devils prison to crumble.

Faith can allow you to move the mountain Faith will guide you to the life-giving fountain.

Faith creates light in the darkness of fear Faith is found in a newborn held dear.

Hope is found in character gained thru tribulation Taking up our cross, following Christ, simulation.

Hope is that feeling when life is not certain It's the peace knowing that death can't close the curtain.

Hope is your perfect shield, undefeatable, it will never yield.

A light so pure, so innocent, showing the way and its magnificent.

And the greatest gift from God to us is Love For it binds us, gives us purpose, and allows us to see above.

Above the pathetically constructed lives we've made Of self, society, education and trade.

Love heals the eyes so they can see
What God created and meant to be.

Love is the key which was given to me
To unlock the devils hold
And buy back that which was sold.

Faith, Hope and Love lead me back to the Master And I will serve Him forever after.
